中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:全球的朋友們大家好,我是原CCTV體育頻道總監(jiān)岑傳理,2024第33屆巴黎奧運(yùn)文化組委會(huì)主席。今年是中法建交60周年,我們文化代表團(tuán)出席了奧運(yùn)會(huì)開幕式和閉幕式,并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀看了各項(xiàng)比賽。同時(shí)我們?cè)诎屠枧e行文化交流活動(dòng),請(qǐng)到了顧拜旦的曾孫女黛安娜.顧拜旦,她既講述了她曾祖父的故事,同時(shí)預(yù)祝中國(guó)代表團(tuán)取得好成績(jī)!并提出加強(qiáng)中法青年在文化方面的交流。本次奧運(yùn)會(huì)我們感受到了一股清風(fēng),以前各屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)都是在體育場(chǎng)舉行,本屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)是在塞納河兩岸舉行。我身后的這幅彩色巴黎圣母院宣傳畫,每位運(yùn)動(dòng)員在拿到金牌的同時(shí),都會(huì)人手獲贈(zèng)一幅。

Pioneer of China Olympic Games Chuanli CEN: Hello global audiences, I am Chuanli CEN, former director of CCTV Sports Channel and chairman of the 33rd Paris Olympic Cultural Organizing Committee in 2024. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. Our cultural delegation attended the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games and watched various competitions on site. At the same time, we held a cultural exchange event in Paris and invited Diana Coubertin, the great granddaughter of Pierre de Coubertin. She not only told the story of her great grandfather, but also extended her heartfelt blessing to the Chinese delegation! Furthermore, she proposed to strengthen cultural exchanges between Chinese and French teenagers. 《Murphy Interviews》: As far as I learned that the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games is about to kick off tonight. From the athletes' years of hard preparation, to the pre Olympic oath taking ceremony, where they fought hard on the field until the team returned triumphantly, there must be too many hidden feelings of sadness and emotion! Can you share the tears and joyful memories among them!

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:奧運(yùn)會(huì)是4年一個(gè)周期,作為運(yùn)動(dòng)員來說,要備戰(zhàn)四年,就是為了17天的奧運(yùn)會(huì)。所以他(她)們?cè)趥鋺?zhàn)過程中到了什么程度,就是一年只有一個(gè)假,就是大年三十、初一、拜年,其它時(shí)間都要訓(xùn)練!訓(xùn)練大到什么程度呢,一天不訓(xùn)練,教練員看得出來;兩天不訓(xùn)練,隊(duì)員能看得出來;三天不訓(xùn)練,外行都能看得出來。所以他(她)們要保持競(jìng)技狀態(tài),接受系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練,另外還要接受各種不同時(shí)期的不同比賽。有一種叫以賽代練,通過比賽來代替,同時(shí)必須接受專業(yè)的、系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的、嚴(yán)格的體能、技術(shù)訓(xùn)練、心理訓(xùn)練。這樣才能在四個(gè)周期里,保持最佳狀態(tài)。男運(yùn)動(dòng)員和女運(yùn)動(dòng)員都有生理周期,那如何把運(yùn)動(dòng)員們的生理周期,調(diào)整到參賽時(shí)的最佳狀態(tài),這就是一個(gè)科學(xué)性很強(qiáng)的問題。所以我們經(jīng)常說,金牌背后是科技大戰(zhàn)。從訓(xùn)練學(xué)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、包括接受各種困難挑戰(zhàn),運(yùn)動(dòng)員們四年堅(jiān)持下來,過程非常艱難,而四年堅(jiān)持過后,大概有2/3的運(yùn)動(dòng)員,不能參加下屆運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì),新的一代又起來了,循環(huán)往復(fù)。所以運(yùn)動(dòng)員們要經(jīng)受住各種壓力,尤其是經(jīng)受得起失敗。我們看到的都是五星紅旗升起,奏國(guó)歌,但是背后有大量的失敗。拿金牌來說,共330枚金牌,一萬多運(yùn)動(dòng)員爭(zhēng)。我們說奧運(yùn)會(huì)沒有失敗者,都是成功者!體育有自身的規(guī)律,我們看運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽,不但要欣賞她/他成功的一面,還要欣賞其失敗的一面。不會(huì)失敗,像打拳擊一樣,我只打別人,不被挨打,還得學(xué)會(huì)挨打!只有學(xué)會(huì)防守了,才有可能出擊。同時(shí)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神至關(guān)重要,隊(duì)友們相互刺激超越。不斷突破,像今年游泳突破了45秒以內(nèi)。像英國(guó)鏡報(bào),對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員只有贊美!今年中國(guó)拿到44枚金牌,27枚銀牌,31枚銅牌,已經(jīng)是非常好的成績(jī)!

Pioneer of China Olympic Games Chuanli CEN: The Olympic Games has a four-year cycle, and as athletes, we need to prepare for four years in order to have a 17 days Olympic Games. The training is so intense that if you don't train for a day, the coach knows; two days without training, the team members can see it; If you don't train for three days, even beginners can tell. So they need to maintain their competitive state, receive systematic training, and also participate in various competitions at different times. There is a kind of practice called attending competitions instead of training, which requires professional, systematic, scientific traning to enhance rigorous physical & psychology. Only in this way can we maintain the best state during the four cycles. Both male and female athletes have physiological cycles, so how to adjust their physiological cycles to the best state during competition is a highly scientific issue. So we often say that behind the gold medal is a technological war. From training, nutrition, to accepting various difficult challenges, athletes persist for four years, and the process is very difficult. After four years of persistence, about two-thirds of athletes cannot participate in the next Olympic Games with a new generation has emerged, repeating the cycle. So athletes need to withstand various pressures, especially failure. What we watch is the raising of the five-star red flag and the playing of the national anthem, but there are a lot of failures behind it. Take gold medals as an example, there are a total of 330 gold medals, with over 10000 athletes competing. We say that there are no losers in the Olympics, everyone is a winner! Sports has its own rule. When we watch athletes compete, we should not only appreciate their successes, but also their failures. I won't fail, just like boxing. I only hit others and won't be beaten. 《鄧婷訪談》:您數(shù)度深入奧運(yùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),您覺得在奧運(yùn)賽場(chǎng)上,中國(guó)選手與其它國(guó)家選手最大的區(qū)別和共性分別是什么?

《Murphy Interviews》:You have attended the Olympics many times. What do you think are the biggest differences and similarities between Chinese athletes and athletes from other countries on the site?

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理: 1896年開啟現(xiàn)代奧運(yùn)會(huì),運(yùn)動(dòng)員們?cè)诩s定的規(guī)則下進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)!同時(shí)要看到所有運(yùn)動(dòng)員們,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的同時(shí),一定是為了金牌,金牌至上是不對(duì)的,但是沒有勇奪金牌的欲望,也是不行的。我們現(xiàn)在要求隊(duì)友間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)要強(qiáng),自己得不到金牌,隊(duì)友也要得到。中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員與其它國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)員,在大的奧林匹克精神上是沒有差別的,在家國(guó)意識(shí)、民族意識(shí)這方面,我個(gè)人接觸眾多運(yùn)動(dòng)員,感覺中國(guó)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員在這方面確實(shí)是高出其它國(guó)家選手一籌。中國(guó)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員很小就進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)了,他(她)們的吃、住、行,包括各種待遇,國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)都解決了。哪怕是進(jìn)入市運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì),國(guó)家也會(huì)有一個(gè)階梯性培養(yǎng)。所以他(她)們都知道感恩。但是國(guó)外運(yùn)動(dòng)員,獲勝以后,我聽她(他)講,先感謝我爸媽,感謝教練,有的把得到的金牌給教練。從根本上來說,國(guó)外運(yùn)動(dòng)員,更注重個(gè)人情感的宣泄!我們的運(yùn)動(dòng)員,由于他們長(zhǎng)期在舉國(guó)體制下進(jìn)行鍛煉。體育無國(guó)界,共同點(diǎn)是所有運(yùn)動(dòng)員都需要經(jīng)過科學(xué)、艱苦的訓(xùn)練。

Pioneer of China Olympic Games Chuanli CEN: 1896 marks the beginning of modern Olympic Games, athelets competes under the agreed rules! We can see that all athletes strive for gold medals. It is wrong to prioritize gold medals, but it is also not enough to lack the desire to win gold medals. We now demand a strong sense of competition among teammates. If we cannot win a gold medal ourselves, our teammates must also win it. There is no difference between Chinese athletes and athletes from other countries in the great Olympic spirit. In terms of family consciousness and national consciousness, I personally met many athletes and felt that Chinese athletes were indeed higher than foreigners in this respect. Chinese athletes joined the sports team at a very young age, and their food, accommodation, transportation, and various benefits were all taken care of by the national sports team. Even if you join the municipal sports team, the country will have a tiered training process. So they all know gratitude. But for foreign athletes, after winning, I heard her (him) say, first thank my parents, thank the coach, and some give the gold medal to the coach. Fundamentally speaking, foreign athletes pay more attention to the release of personal emotions! Our athletes, due to their long-term training under the national system, they naturally have more attachement to country. Sports have no borders, and the commonality is that all athletes need to undergo scientific and rigorous training.

《鄧婷訪談》:您作為奧運(yùn)前輩,跨時(shí)代奧運(yùn)盛會(huì)見證者,奧運(yùn)文化傳承人,您覺得奧林匹克到底傳承的是一種怎樣的(國(guó)家)精神?為什么奧運(yùn)精神能夠點(diǎn)燃全球中華兒女胸中的火焰?

《Murphy Interviews》: As a veteran of the Olympics who witness crossing era of Olympic Games, and an inheritor of Olympic culture, what kind of (national) spirit do you think the Olympics inherit? Why can the China Olympic spirit ignites the flames in the hearts of Chinese people around the world?

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:奧林匹克精神和中國(guó)精神是不矛盾的,從本質(zhì)上來說,都是鼓勵(lì)年輕人要參與體育,通過體育的教化,使他(她)能夠在體能、精神、智能各方面全面發(fā)展。中國(guó)講德智體美勞,國(guó)外上學(xué)先看體育設(shè)施,有沒有塑膠跑道,有沒有游泳池,女孩子有沒有健身房,練不練體操。俄羅斯體操就是世界領(lǐng)先,今年還幫助中國(guó)拿了一枚體操金牌。奧運(yùn)精神注重團(tuán)結(jié)精神,團(tuán)隊(duì)作戰(zhàn),是中國(guó)精神的重要組成部分。有凝聚力,民族才能強(qiáng)大。激揚(yáng)的中國(guó)奧運(yùn)精神,必將團(tuán)結(jié)全球華人的中國(guó)力量。

Pioneer of China Olympic Games Chuanli CHEN: The Olympic spirit and the Chinese spirit are not contradictory. Essentially, they both encourage young people to participate in sports, and through the education of sports, enable them to develop comprehensively in physical, mental, and intellectual aspects. China emphasizes morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills, whie other countries mainly evaluate sports facilities, such as whether there are plastic tracks, swimming pools, gyms for girls, and whether or not to practice gymnastics. Russian gymnastics is the world leader and even helped China win a gymnastics gold medal this year. The Olympic spirit emphasizes the spirit of unity and teamwork, which is an important component of the Chinese spirit. Only with cohesion can a nation be strong. The high spirited Olympic spirit will surely unite the Chinese power among the global Chinese community.

《鄧婷訪談》:岑傳里前輩,請(qǐng)問您最初是如何與奧運(yùn)結(jié)緣的,為何如此執(zhí)著奉獻(xiàn)中國(guó)奧運(yùn)事業(yè)?據(jù)了解您曾經(jīng)編寫過《見證奧運(yùn)》?

《Murphy Interviews》: May I know how yourself first involved in the Olympics and what motivation drives you to consistently dedicates to China's Olympic career? Will you also share detailes about your book 'Witnessing the Olympics'?

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:對(duì)的,就是這本《見證奧運(yùn)》。我們編這本書的目的就是為了尊重歷史,秉承親歷親見,不能轉(zhuǎn)述。從1932年首位運(yùn)動(dòng)員劉長(zhǎng)春參賽,1952年赫爾辛基奧運(yùn)會(huì),1956年中國(guó)退出奧運(yùn)會(huì),直至1984年第23屆杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)首次派代表團(tuán)參加并獲得15枚金牌。奧運(yùn)會(huì)每四年舉行一次,現(xiàn)在每四年中間還間隔一次冬季奧運(yùn)會(huì)。就是在四年的周期里邊,有夏季奧運(yùn)會(huì),冬季奧運(yùn)會(huì),還有青年奧運(yùn)會(huì)。當(dāng)時(shí)我比較幸運(yùn),1984年國(guó)際奧委會(huì)給中央電視臺(tái)五個(gè)名額,當(dāng)時(shí)我是入選了,領(lǐng)隊(duì)是我們中央電視臺(tái)臺(tái)長(zhǎng)王楓。我當(dāng)時(shí)很幸運(yùn)成了出鏡記者,采訪奧運(yùn)冠軍?？梢哉f我在美國(guó)洛杉磯與奧運(yùn)結(jié)緣,結(jié)緣至今,兩件事一直深深印刻在我的腦海里。7月28號(hào)開幕式,開幕那天各國(guó)元首都登上主席臺(tái),我因?yàn)橛杏浾咦C和開幕式的票,就在主席臺(tái)旁邊,當(dāng)時(shí)是時(shí)任美國(guó)總統(tǒng)里根,還有各國(guó)元首幾十個(gè),場(chǎng)面非常大。2028年洛杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì)也在那個(gè)場(chǎng)館進(jìn)行,加起來共是三次奧運(yùn)會(huì)。當(dāng)中國(guó)體育代表團(tuán),大高個(gè)旗手王立彬舉著中國(guó)國(guó)旗進(jìn)入會(huì)場(chǎng),全場(chǎng)沸騰。說到結(jié)緣吧,那是關(guān)鍵的節(jié)點(diǎn)。尤其我在洛杉磯,第二天,其它國(guó)家代表團(tuán)入場(chǎng)里根總統(tǒng)坐在那兒揮揮手,當(dāng)中國(guó)隊(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的時(shí)候,美國(guó)總統(tǒng)里根站起來了,所有觀禮臺(tái)記者都站起來了,就在那個(gè)時(shí)候真真切切感受到中國(guó)在我們心中的地位。第二天也很感動(dòng),我去查東亞病夫的來源,劉長(zhǎng)春作為奧運(yùn)第一人1932年參加100米和200米短跑比賽,一槍就淘汰了。不遠(yuǎn)萬里,中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員來參加比賽,媒體至少要客觀報(bào)道以示尊重,其它國(guó)家媒體畫了一張漫畫,漫畫是一個(gè)大鴨蛋,劉長(zhǎng)春坐在鴨蛋上,耷拉著腦袋垂頭喪氣,還在底下寫了個(gè)標(biāo)題,東亞病夫。所有這一切,成就了今天的中國(guó)奧運(yùn)精神!

Pioneer of China Olympic Games Chuanli CEN: That's right, it's this book 'Witnessing the Olympics'. In principle of respecting history, uphold first hand experience. From the first athlete Changchun LIU who participated in 1932, the Helsinki Olympics in 1952, China's withdrawal from the Olympics in 1956, to the 23rd Olympics in 1984 in Los Angeles where China sent its first delegation to participate and won 15 gold medals. The Olympic Games is held every four years, and now there is a Winter Olympics in between every four years. In a four-year cycle, there are Summer Olympics, Winter Olympics, and Youth Olympics. At that time, I was quite lucky. In 1984, the International Olympic Committee gave CCTV five entrance tickets, and I was selected. The team leader was our former CCTV director WANG Feng. I was fortunate enough to become an on camera journalist, interviewing Olympic champions. It can be said that I became acquainted with the Olympics in Los Angeles, USA. Since then, two things have been deeply imprinted in my mind. On July 28th, the opening ceremony was held. On the day of the ceremony, the heads of state of various countries stepped onto the podium. I was standing next to the podium because I had a press card and tickets for the opening ceremony. At that time, it was President Reagan of the United States and dozens of heads of state from other countries. The scene was very grand. The 2028 Los Angeles Olympics will also be held at that venue, making a total of three Olympic Games. When the Chinese sports delegation, the tall flag bearer WANG Libin, entered the venue holding the Chinese national flag, the whole venue was filled with excitement. Speaking of Olympic bonding, that's a crucial milestone. Especially when I was in Los Angeles, the next day, other country delegations entered and President Reagan sat there waving his hand. However US President Reagan stood up when the Chinese team entered, and all the reporters at the viewing stand stood up. It was at that moment that I truly felt the importance & love to China in my heart. The next day, I was also very moved. I went to investigate the source of the East Asian sick man . LIU Changchun, as the first Olympic athlete, participated in the 100 meter and 200 meter sprint competitions in 1932, while failed. Media should at least objectively report to show respect, however other countries' media have drawn a cartoon, which is a big duck egg. Liu Changchun sits on the duck egg, drooping his head and dejected, and even wrote a title below, 'East Asian Sick Man'. All of this has contributed to today's unbeatable Chinese Olympic spirit!

《鄧婷訪談》:近日,人民大會(huì)堂為運(yùn)動(dòng)員們進(jìn)行了表彰,褒獎(jiǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員們奪得的是道德的金牌、風(fēng)格的金牌、干凈的金牌。您預(yù)判2028年洛杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)隊(duì)又將呈現(xiàn)出怎樣的賽場(chǎng)奇跡?與此同時(shí)中國(guó)體育精神為世界和諧貢獻(xiàn)力量?

《Murphy Interviews》: Recently, President commended the athletes at the Great Hall of the People, praising them for winning gold medals in morality, style, and cleanliness. What kind of miracle do you predict the Chinese Atheletes will present at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics? At the same time, does Chinese sportsmanship contribute to world harmony?

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:2028年洛杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì),美國(guó)是本土作戰(zhàn),美國(guó)占盡天時(shí)、地利、人和,對(duì)中國(guó)體育代表團(tuán)來說,挑戰(zhàn)更嚴(yán)峻,甚至比2024巴黎奧運(yùn)會(huì)還嚴(yán)峻。因?yàn)檫@四年國(guó)際形勢(shì)還會(huì)發(fā)生巨大變化,俄羅斯很有可能四年以后要來參加洛杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì),所以競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手更多。我們要綜合來看問題,中國(guó)肯定在這幾年會(huì)潛心刻苦訓(xùn)練,提高素質(zhì),各方面達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。另外,洛杉磯是中國(guó)1984年40年前我們?nèi)ミ^,所以我們的文化主題是重走奧運(yùn)路。重走奧運(yùn)路,其中的一個(gè)意義,是我們要把1984年的那股勁拿出來,因?yàn)?984年我們15塊金牌,到了2028年中國(guó)體育會(huì)更強(qiáng)大,從國(guó)家的角度來講我們?cè)?028年要建成體育強(qiáng)國(guó)。要為建成體育強(qiáng)國(guó)打好基礎(chǔ),當(dāng)然一個(gè)最重要的標(biāo)志是在奧運(yùn)賽場(chǎng)上取得多少枚金牌。獎(jiǎng)牌大戰(zhàn),肯定會(huì)更重視。另外,我們的全民健身會(huì)在這四年得到普遍的發(fā)展。包括這幾天,運(yùn)動(dòng)員們領(lǐng)了獎(jiǎng),參加完表彰,都是到基層去了。深圳到甘肅等地,去推動(dòng)全民健身。所以展望2028年中國(guó)奧運(yùn),我們的前景非常好,體育會(huì)上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。我們的全民健身也會(huì)取得新的進(jìn)展,為我們建成2035體育強(qiáng)國(guó)打好基礎(chǔ)。

中國(guó)奧運(yùn)鼻祖岑傳理:我給觀眾朋友們帶來了三枚特殊的金牌。第一枚是1983年許海峰在洛杉磯奧運(yùn)會(huì)射擊場(chǎng)為中國(guó)拿到的第一枚金牌,金牌一面是自由女神,強(qiáng)調(diào)祝福;另一邊是奴隸,他得到金牌后被眾人抬著繞場(chǎng)一周,他揮著手,預(yù)示自己解放了。第二枚金牌,是我們?cè)诎屠鑺W運(yùn)會(huì)紀(jì)念中國(guó)取得金牌四十周年做的紀(jì)念金牌,一面有四十周年字樣,另一面是許海峰奧運(yùn)舉槍射擊的鏡頭雕塑。第三枚,是本次巴黎奧運(yùn)萬里行,由顧拜旦的曾孫女給我們每人頒發(fā),一面印著2024,旋轉(zhuǎn)的另一面是法國(guó)國(guó)旗、聯(lián)合國(guó)國(guó)旗、中國(guó)國(guó)旗,本次巴黎奧運(yùn)既是一次體育的交流,文化的交流,也是國(guó)際的交流。對(duì)于本次奧運(yùn)會(huì),我們強(qiáng)調(diào),聚是一團(tuán)火,散是滿天心。
